Extra virgin olive oil, also known as extra virgin olive oil, is the highest quality oil. It is exclusive to my mechanics and is not subject to external temperature influences. These oils can contain a maximum of 0.8g of free fatty acids per 100g. The lower the acidity level, the earlier the olives were harvested and the more carefully and quickly they are transported to the mill. Green and semi-ripe olives are produced in large quantities, containing high quality nutrients and constant freshness.
How much does it cost to produce a liter of olive oil?
In order to have a long period of high-quality olive oil production, the plant can be used at a high price. The cost of 1 liter of oil produced by the mill naturally depends on the variety of olive and the conditions of the harvest year. As part of the cultivation process, the oil is cultivated, including the care of the plants, or the cultivation of the soil and the harvest, which is done by hand for good use. 75% of the costs arise at this stage of production.
