Delivery, Exchanges and Returns

Deliveries

All orders are sent via CTT Expresso from Valpaços, Trás-os-Montes. The products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Estimated delivery times

• Mainland Portugal: 1 to 2 working days
• Islands (Azores and Madeira): 2 to 5 working days
• Spain (Peninsula): 2 to 4 working days
• Rest of Europe: 5 to 10 working days (on request)

 

Deadlines are estimated from the confirmation of payment and may change for reasons beyond the control of Soresa or the carrier.

Estimated delivery costs

Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the location and weight of the order. 

All prices include VAT at the legal rate in force.

Order tracking

After shipment, you will receive an email with the CTT tracking number to follow your order in real time via the website www.ctt.pt.

Exchanges and returns

Right of withdrawal

According to Decree-Law no. 24/2014, you have the right to return the product within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without the need to state a reason.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal not applicable a:

• Perishable food products or those with a short shelf life
• Products whose packaging has been opened and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection

How to proceed

1. Contact us by email at geral@soresa.pt indicating the order number and the reason for the return
2. Wait for our confirmation with shipping instructions
3. Send the product in its original packaging, with no signs of use

Return costs

The return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in the case of a defective product or a shipping error on the part of Soresa.

Defective or damaged product

If you have received a defective product or one that has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours upon receipt, by sending photographs of the product and packaging to geral@soresa.pt. In these cases, Soresa will bear all return costs and will replace or reimburse you.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days upon receipt and verification of the returned product, using the same payment method as for the original purchase.
