We are Soresa

SORESA was born from the union of 3 young agricultural producers, representing a long family tradition. Located in the Trás-os-Montes region, in the municipality of Valpaços, in the villages of Sobrado, Rendufe and Santa Maria de Émeres, with an area of approximately 70 hectares, we produce and market almonds, olive oil, chestnuts, goji berries and honey.

A family story

Family and bonds will always be central to Soresa, which is why we try to put as much of ourselves as possible into the smallest things we do, just as we have always been taught, thus honoring both our traditions and ancestors, and the quality products that have always characterized them.

In addition to these particular conditions, we have a whole tradition, a body of knowledge, of how to leverage nature to obtain the best quality products. At the process level, we are concerned with making them more environmentally friendly by increasingly practicing sustainable agriculture.

For as long as we can remember, returning home has always meant recharging our energy, a humble drinking of the sap that made us aware of our origins and motivated us to pursue our dreams. Today we return to stay and continue to admire the purity, the heartfelt embrace, the support, the sincere love, the listening ear and the advice we find there. We believe that this almost visceral bond, this sincere pride with which we remember the places where we grew up and were formed as human beings, these deep connections to beautiful human beings, this awareness of our roots and the path traveled, teach us to have a greater sense of community, a greater awareness of presence and a desire to be an active participant in this wonderful dance that is life!
