Alternative Dispute Resolution

In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer can turn to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body.

Vilela, Cardoso & Morais, Lda has not joined any alternative consumer dispute resolution entity, without prejudice to the existence of necessary arbitration mechanisms provided for by law, namely for disputes of up to €5,000 (article 14 of Law no. 144/2015, of September 8).
