What products can I find in the store?
In our online store you'll find a selection of products from Trás-os-Montes produced in Valpaços: extra virgin olive oil (DOP Trás-os-Montes), almonds, chestnuts, honey, goji berries and organic olives. We also offer themed baskets and packs, ideal as gifts. All our products are certified Organic or Integrated Production (PRODI).
Are the products produced in Trás-os-Montes?
Yes, all our products are produced in the region of Trás-os-Montes, in the municipality of Valpaços. Soresa is an association of three farmers with around 70 hectares, located in the villages of Sobrado, Rendufe and Santa Maria de Émeres. Our products are certified Organic (almonds, goji berries and honey) and Integrated Production - PRODI (chestnuts and olive oil).
How do shipments work?
Orders are sent by CTT Expresso. Once payment has been confirmed, your order will be prepared and sent within 1 to 2 working days. Shipments to mainland Portugal arrive in 1 to 2 working days, to the islands (Azores and Madeira) in 2 to 5 working days and to Spain in 2 to 4 working days. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been sent, you will automatically receive an email with the CTT Expresso tracking number. With this number you can follow the status of the delivery in real time on the website www.ctt.pt or on the CTT app.
Is it possible to return a product?
Yes, you have 14 calendar days after receipt to return the product, without giving any reason. However, as these are food products, returns are not possible when the product is perishable or when the packaging has been opened for hygiene reasons.
