Located near the border with Spain, Chaves stands out for its granitic and schistous soils and high rainfall. Here, the humidity and cool climate create ideal conditions for delicate almonds, high-quality chestnuts, and aromatic olive groves. In the heart of the "Terra Quente" region of Tr\u00e1s-os-Montes, Valpa\u00e7os is known for its warm, sunny climate and schist and granite soils. This terroir lends intensity and character to its products: robust almonds, fruity and aromatic olive oils, and chestnuts that express all the flavor of autumn.
