The products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.<\/p><h3>Estimated delivery times<\/h3><ul><li><strong>Mainland Portugal:<\/strong>\u00a01 to 2 working days<\/li><li><strong>Islands (Azores and Madeira):<\/strong>\u00a02 to 5 working days<\/li><li><strong>Spain (Peninsula):<\/strong>\u00a02 to 4 working days<\/li><li><strong>Rest of Europe:<\/strong>\u00a05 to 10 working days (on request)<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Deadlines are estimated from the confirmation of payment and may change for reasons beyond the control of Soresa or the carrier.<\/p><h3><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">For shipments to other European countries, please contact us at <\/span><a style=\"font-size: 16px;\" href=\"mailto:geral@soresa.pt\">geral@soresa.pt<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u00a0to get a quote.<\/span><\/h3><h3>Estimated delivery costs<\/h3><p>Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the location and weight of the order.\u00a0<\/p><p>All prices include VAT at the legal rate in force.<\/p><h3>Order tracking<\/h3><p>After shipment, you will receive an email with the CTT tracking number to follow your order in real time via the website\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ctt.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.ctt.pt<\/a>.<\/p><h2>Exchanges and returns<\/h2><h3>Right of withdrawal<\/h3><p>According to Decree-Law no. 24\/2014, you have the right to return the product within a period of\u00a0<strong>14 calendar days<\/strong>\u00a0from the date of receipt, without the need to state a reason.<\/p><h3>Exceptions<\/h3><p>The right of withdrawal\u00a0<strong>not applicable<\/strong>\u00a0a:<\/p><ul><li>Perishable food products or those with a short shelf life<\/li><li>Products whose packaging has been opened and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection<\/li><\/ul><h3>How to proceed<\/h3><ol><li>Contact us by email at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:geral@soresa.pt\">geral@soresa.pt<\/a>\u00a0indicating the order number and the reason for the return<\/li><li>Wait for our confirmation with shipping instructions<\/li><li>Send the product in its original packaging, with no signs of use<\/li><\/ol><h3>Return costs<\/h3><p>The return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in the case of a defective product or a shipping error on the part of Soresa.<\/p><h3>Defective or damaged product<\/h3><p>If you have received a defective product or one that has been damaged in transit, please contact us within\u00a0<strong>48 hours<\/strong>\u00a0upon receipt, by sending photographs of the product and packaging to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:geral@soresa.pt\">geral@soresa.pt<\/a>.
